Where do I return my order?
Please contact us at info@siluante.com before sending anything back. Once we review your request, we’ll provide the correct return address and step-by-step instructions (the return address may differ from the shipping address). Returns sent without prior contact may be refused or delayed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure methods shown at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly (usually within 1–3 business days). If you need to change or cancel, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be modified or cancelled.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across the EU and selected international destinations. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on orders ≥ €59 within the EU. Fees for smaller orders are.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. If you haven’t received it within 5 days, contact us at info@siluante.com.
